Mothers Day Lunch - The Orangery

Sunday, 14th March.  Arrival noon, sit down 1pm. 

Carrot & Coriander Soup served with crusty bread

Melon Melange (chilled melon soaked in crème de menthe topped with mixed berries & garnished with mint)

Mixed Bean Salad (selection of mixed beans on crisp mixed leaves drizzled with red pepper vinaigrette)

Chicken Supreme (corn fed chicken pan fried with a mushroom, paprika & pepper sauce laced with courvoisier brandy & cream)

Fillet of Salmon (lightly steamed Salmon fillet encrusted with stilton & herb crumb)

Vegetable Tartlet  (roasted vegetables in a pastry case topped with cheese & served with a tomato & basil sauce)

All main courses served with seasonal vegetables & potatoes
