Heaton Park photo walks - fortnightly group.

PLEASE NOTE THE NEW EARLIER START TIME OF 5PM!

If you love visiting Heaton Park, like walking and enjoy taking photographs, why not join the fortnightly photo walk?  A photo walk is a leisurely stroll around the park, with a camera, and an opportunity to see the park in a different light.  No formal photography skills required.  If you simply enjoy taking photographs, own a camera (compact or SLR) come and discover areas of the park that you may not have seen before.

What you need: a camera (plenty of batteries!) and walking shoes.

Photo walk dates and themes - meet under the Farm Centre clock at 5pm. (***NEW TIME***)

  • Saturday, 21 August - black and white
  • Saturday, 4 September - unusual shapes
  • Saturday, 18 September - three things
  • Saturday, 2 October - centre the image
  • Saturday, 16 October - quintessentially Autumn
