Heaton Park Bonfire Night, Firework Display & Funfair

Friday, 5th November 2010 Heaton Park Bonfire & Fireworks Display

The festivities will commence at 7.30pm with a spectacular fireworks display, located near to the Papal Field.  The Heaton Park Bonfire will be lit after the display at approximately 8pm.

A catering village will be onsite for the sale of drinks and food.

All car parks will be open, and there will be a charge of £1.50 per car.  (Blue badge holders should use the Grand Lodge car park, which will be open exclusively for those with blue badges.)  Please note: this is a very popular event and large crowds are anticipated, therefore give yourself plenty of time to arrive before the fireworks start at 7.30pm.  Please click here for a map of the park or directions.

For the safety of all, especially children DO NOT bring your own fireworks, all fireworks will be confiscated by the police.

In the interest of your health and safety and consideration towards children, when the display has finished be sensible in exiting the park and avoid crowd congestion.

The fun fair will run from 5-9.30pm.
